ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Service and Office Manager with Amy Gardner State Farm you will provide exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit for our office and team. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We need someone that wants to take care of and love on our clients.

- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Require P&C Producer License and L&H can be obtained or already included
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
