"I work at a car dealership and was helping a guest get a copy of their insurance card. I was able to get a hold of Amy who was open the day after Christmas and picked up right away! She was so helpful and nice through out the process. She even stayed on the phone to confirm that we got the information needed in our inboxes. "We had a fire at our family home. It was the most horrible thing I ever went through until State Farm Insurance took care of our every need. My agent and insurance adjuster were great and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of. State Farm is awesome when tragedy hits.
